Start-Up Project: A Dedicated, Expert and Specialized Team
The relationship with our customers starts with study and analysis. This involves the team in a Start-Up project to establish the quality, production and management gaps and the methodologies to overcome them, by clearly defining targeted projects to achieve set objectives.
In the various start-up phases, the team comprises specialists in Quality Management, Process Management and Project Management who remain completely dedicated to the project for as long as is deemed necessary.
Mapping of the current state and needs planning are followed by analysis of the objectives and careful comparison between:
- the initial situation;
- the work situation as it should be with inefficiencies totally eliminated.
The improvement project considers various aspects and is entrusted to a Project Management process which ensures sharing with the customer and collaborators affected by the project, control and compliance with efficient working methods. Each goal has a defined deadline and is entrusted to a dedicated, highly specialized figure. The implementation of the project sets in motion a meticulous control process based on performance indicators that allow corrections to be made while it is in progress.
In the Start-Up project, the last phase involves checking that the set objectives have been achieved. The results determine the success or failure of the improvement process strategies. If the objectives have been achieved, the project follows a process of continuous improvement and permanent monitoring to maintain the high standards achieved and to eliminate all quality, production and management gaps found in the project analysis phase. The warehouse is therefore considered fully operational and the Start-Up team has completed its work.
If problems of any kind arise, the Start-Up team takes over the project again and discusses the strategies considered useful for improving it.
