People are what drive success. That’s why we founded the Inovys Logistic Method on the principle of continuous improvement, a real company culture in which rules and values are shared. The relationship of trust we establish with our customers is based on communication and collaboration: we are the outsourced logistics partner and this means being an integral part of the company we’re asked to make more efficient.
Constant control is part of a capillary organization that allows us to measure individual activities to discover margins for improvement and productivity growth. We apply the principle of measurement to all activities and to data via visual management systems that allow us to verify, compare and share KPIs relevant to the company.
The organization also plays a fundamental role in the structure of the warehouse we set up. Each plant has a structure with a well-defined organization chart to distribute the work across the entire structure. This way, the goal is shared and the team figures help each other. Alongside all this is resource coordination, a tangible example of how the organization is at the root of our working method.
How many resources and how long it takes to complete individual tasks are important pieces of data in defining the load the structure must bear and the margins for improvement of individual processes.
Proactivity and focus on people

The ability to plan allows the yield to be anticipated and goes hand in hand with forecasting any problems that can prevent objectives from being achieved. Proactivity also concerns work teams. Constant dialogue with employees and trade union associations encourages the sharing of principles and values. Constant dialogue also allows to remove discomfort and negative situations that can prove damaging if out of control.
